How to Remove a Harmonic Balancer from the Crankshaft Pulley on 2009 Chrysler Town & Country?

For replacement, disconnect the negative cable, then raise the vehicle on a hoist to help with access. Then, take out the accessory drive belt. Then, get rid of the harmonic balancer bolt. Place Special Tool 8450 into the crankshaft nose and add Special Tool 1026 onto the balancer. Keep turning the puller forcing screws slowly until the balancer lets go from the crankshaft. This final step is to get rid of the crankshaft harmonic balancer.
