How to Remove Car Speakers and Subwoofers on 2009 Dodge Challenger?

First, isolate the battery's negative cable, then remove the front door trim panel, remove the mounting screws and then disconnect the speaker's electrical connector to remove the speaker. For the instrument panel side speaker, disconnect the negative cable from the battery, take off its cover, lose the screws securing it and separate the electrical connector to release it. Taking off the instrument panel center speaker is the same: isolate the battery negative cable, remove the cover of the speaker, take out the nuts and bolts holding it and disconnect the electrical connector. First, uninstall the battery negative cable, separate it, take out the quarter trim panels from inside the vehicle, take the rear shelves out, remove the speaker's mounting bolts and unplug the electrical connector. Performing the same procedure for the rear shelf subwoofer, first isolate the negative cable, then remove the quarter trim panels, lift out the rear shelf trim, take off the fasteners and remove the connector to get rid of the subwoofer. Take away the top hatch, unhook the negative battery terminal, remove the top subwoofer fastener, unplug the electrical connector and take the subwoofer out from the vehicle.
