How to Safely Service a Wiper Switch on the Right Multifunction Control on 2009 Dodge Journey?

In order to replace the multifunction switch, switch off the airbag system and unscrew the battery negative cable. Peel the steering column shrouds off, unscrew the switch inside the mounting bracket and then slide it away to dismount. Lastly, remove the switch out of the Clock Spring and disconnect the jumper wire harness.
