How to Install a Rear Door Hinge on 2009 Dodge Ram 2500?

The rear upper door hinge should be installed beginning with the washers, then secured with bolt (1) and nut (9) to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). After that, tighten bolts (2), (1) and (3) at the upper hinges to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.) and readjust the door if needed. Put the lower hinge and B-pillar bolts into place, then tighten the upper hinge bolts (2), (1) and (3) to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.) apiece. Replace the hinge to door washers if you took them off, secure them with nut and bolt and tighten the assembly to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). Make any adjustments to the door and then set in the lower B-pillar trim.
