• Q: How to Install a Windshield Washer Nozzle on 2009 Dodge Ram 2500?

  A: Slide the nipple end of the windshield washer spray nozzle down over the mounting hole in the top of the windshield cowl plenum/grille cover, making sure the anti-rotation tabs of the nozzle fit into the anti-rotation notches of the hole. Hold the top of the washer nozzle and apply proper hand pressure until the locks feature on the underside of the grille panel is flush against the cowl plenum cover. Attach the end of the washer hose to the barbed nipple of the washer nozzle below the cowl plenum cover/grille panel and clip the washer nozzle hose into the routing clips. Now install the cowl plenum cover/grille panel over the cowl plenum, close the hood and latch it and slide back both the wiper arms onto the wiper pivots.
