How to Properly Maintain the Track Bar on a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country?

To service the lateral stabilizer rod, raise and support the vehicle, then place a transmission jack under the axle. Remove bolt 3 and nut from track bar 2 at axle 4, then remove bolt 1 and nut from track bar 2 at bracket 5, and finally take out the track bar.
