With the thermostat installed in the upper cylinder head, examine the two O-rings on the water pump inlet and place new ones as needed. Brush the O-rings with soapy water and then install the coolant adapter onto the water pump inlet tube and the cylinder head. Attach the coolant adapter mounting bolts and tighten them to 18.1 Nm or 159 in. lbs. First, link the front coolant hose, then proceed to the two rear hoses and finally fit the radiator hose. Set the air filter housing and top up your cooling system with fluid.
