- Q: How to Service and Repair a Second Row Swivel Seat Cushion for Upper on 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan?A: Before servicing the swivel upper swivel seat cushion in the second row, remove the seat back hinge covers. Apply pressure with a trim stick C-4755 or similar tool to pop the retaining tabs under the seat cushion front and then remove the front shield. Once all is set, pull the recliner handle forward, socket and all, to disconnect it from the lever in the outboard seat cushion side shield. After that, unscrew the two screws holding both seat cushion side shields on and carefully pull them off the seat.
