Place the base of the fog lamp's bulb into the special opening on the back of the housing and press the bulb into place. Turn the bulb slightly clockwise to hold it secure, putting the bulb connector receptacle so that it is flat. After that, fasten the front of the wheel house liner to the underside of the front fascia and put in place the previously removed fasteners. Hook up the bulb's wire harness connector again and once more attach the battery negative cable.
