How to Maintain and Repair an Antenna and Antenna Mast on Chrysler Cirrus?

Before starting on the mast, you should disconnect and disconnect the negative battery remote terminal. Open the trunk and disconnect the lead from the side of the antenna base. Take out the antenna mast by turning it, then unscrew the mounting bracket's screw and pull the antenna body down while staying clear of the hole. When assembling, work in reverse order and locate the antenna's locating tab in the body slot. Push the ball of the antenna inside the grommet.
