How to Effectively Remove and Install a Wheel Cover on Chrysler Concorde?

You need to take out the three wheel nuts before you remove the wheel cover. Don't try to pry the cover open; rather, hold the wheel-side edges in place, then pull straight out to remove the cover from the two remaining wheel nuts. While installing, put the two wheel nuts in place which will help you attach the wheel covers. Bring the valve notch in the wheel cover level with the valve stem on the wheel and place the two holes with differentiating tabs right on the wheels installed nuts. Press the center of the wheel cover so that the retaining tabs slip under the wheel nuts, holding the cover steadily. Afterward, put on the last three wheel nuts and tighten all five to 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
