The cover comes first on the cushion, then this cushion-cover set is installed on the seat. Use the J-straps and push pins to make sure they are attached to the pan of the seat. Then, fit four screws to link the seat's lower plastic cover to its underside and then install the hinge to the plastic bottom cover on the floor. Install three screws at the corner near the base to secure the inner side hinge of the shield and attach three screws more to attach the side shield to the recliner handle area. Lock your recliner in its main position by pushing on the front handle, then fit the floor dump release handle screw. Use two screws to connect the outer side shield buckle side, then add the heat element wire harness. After that, put in place the second row seat, attach the headrest and place the negative battery cable back on.

How to Effectively Remove a Seat Cushion on Chrysler Pacifica?

Before removing the seat cushion, make sure the liftgate is up and the bin in the rear stowage is taken out. After that, remove the third row of seats. Following that, remove the two bolts holding the drive link assembly on the outboard side of the seat and take the assembly off. The next step is to remove the two bolts supporting the front cushion pan to the link and riser assemblies. Take the front cable guides off the riser pins and by holding the seat, rotate the rear links away from the slider tracks to separate the cushion assembly from the riser. First, take off the J-straps and, after that, pull the cover off the foam and seat cushion. After that, remove only the screw found at the back of the cushion pan that locks the cushion slider, then take out the cushion slider.
