  Start by using Mopar(R) Engine RTV GEN II at the oil pump to engine block parting lines before installing the oil pan. Set the oil pan gasket onto the block and then install the oil pan with 6 Nm (54 in. lbs.) on each screw. Now, fit the Oil Filter adapter and remove any excess grease from its surface. Fit the gasket and tighten its four screws to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.). On turbocharged vehicles, change the Oil Cooler seal, apply oil and line up the notch on the oil cooler with the tab as you attach it to the oil filter adapter, using the bolt supplied. Once you've finished, place the oil Drain Plug and oil filter back in. Following this, add the structural collar and secure the lower torque strut. On cars with a turbocharger, link the turbocharger to the assembly of the charge air cooler hose. Finish by setting the car down, pouring in the right oil to the proper level in the engine, then starting it to look for any leaks.
