Before replacing the windshield washer reservoir, disconnect the negative remote cable from the battery. Then, cut away the washer fluid hose at the small connector that sits on top of the right shock tower. Elbow out part of the bumper fascia so that you can work on the reservoir. Unplug the wire connector at both the pump and the harness mounting tab, then take out the bolts holding the washer reservoir. Move the reservoir back and down away from the hood, letting the washer fluid drain and removing the washer hose from its port. For installation, join the washer hose to the reservoir and put the washer fluid reservoir in place. Match the wire connector again to the washer pump and harness mounting tab. If only some of the fascia is gone, replace it without delay. First, link the washer fluid hose to the in-line stop on the shock tower at the right, then add the washer fluid and in the end, remember to reattach the battery negative remote cable.
