How to service the Radiator Fan Relay on Chrysler Voyager?

To service the Radiator Cooling Fan Motor Relay, you will want to open the hood and disconnect the battery negative cable. Then disconnect the relay electrical connector and remove the radiator crossmember to front fascia closure panel. Detach the rivet securing the relay to the front bumper beam and remove the relay. For the installation, make sure the relay is mounted in place, ensuring proper heat dissipation. This will prevent thermal shutdown or damage that could overheat the engine. Place the relay and put a new rivet and connect the electrical connector to the relay. Using the attaching screws reattach the closure panel and finally the negative cable to the battery.
