How to Remove the Rear Air Duct on Dodge Grand Caravan?

Before pulling the rear air duct, you should remove the right rear quarter panel and D-pillar trim. At this point, remove the two screws that fasten the rear floor distribution duct to the right inner quarter panel. As you slide the distribution duct forward far enough, you'll unhook it from the rear floor adapter duct and can remove it from the car. Should you need to, open the rear floor adapter duct from the rear HVAC housing and then disconnect and remove the adapter duct from the car.

How to Install the Lower Rear Ceiling Air Duct on Dodge Grand Caravan?

Put the lower rear ceiling distribution duct on top of the rear HVAC housing, so it is completely aligned. After that, align the duct with the D-pillar and attach it using the duct retaining screw; tighten it to 2.2 Nm (20 in.lbs.). After that, link the main duct in the upper ceiling to the duct behind the headliner. Put the bottom of the upper duct on top of the lower rear ceiling duct at the same place and press the upper duct down to merge the two ducts perfectly. Don't forget to attach the proper D-pillar trim panel.
