For access to service the oil pressure sender pull the vehicle up on a hoist and disconnect the electrical side connector from the switch, then remove the oil pressure switch. The oil pressure switch should be installed and torqued to 23 Nm (200 in. lbs.) for installation. Then, connect the electrical connector to the switch, lower the vehicle, start the engine and check for leaks. And, finally, check engine oil level & adjust accordingly.
