After that, remove the hose clamp from the lower hose at the cooler and take off the lower hose, draining out any fluid that's left in the cooler and hoses. After that, take off the hose clamp and remove the upper hose from the cooler. Unbolt the 6 clips holding the air dam to the radiator lower support, then remove the 2 nuts linking the cooler to the lower crossmember on the radiator and take it out. To install, fit the power steering fluid cooler over the radiator lower crossmember, hold it firmly with the nuts and tighten them to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.). Attach the air dam to the radiator support with the help of new retaining clips. Slide the hoses onto the cooler and put the clamps in place, making sure they are on the other side of the bead.. The 300M model requires reinstalling the front fascia when it is off. When the front tires are momentarily clear of the ground, start the Power Steering Pump Initial Operation procedure.
