After that, remove the clip keeping the lock cylinder in place by disconnecting the main handle from the cylinder. To install the locks, open the liftgate, put the lock cylinder into the hole and attach it with the clip provided. Match the remote handle back to the lock cylinder and next, install the lower liftgate trim.
