How to Remove and Install a Dome Light on Dodge Ram 2500?

Hold the left side of the lens with a small flat blade and gently pull down on it. When it's loose, the lens will hang and the right piece should lift away from the headliner. Gently push the lamp on the right down and pull it to the right side, then remove the lamp from the headliner. Split the dome lamp wire from the body wire harness and remove the lamp from the car. Set the lamp in the headliner and attach the connector from its wire to where it meets the main body wire in the ceiling. Connect the left end of the lamp with the opening in the headliner and slide it to the side. Similarly, pass the right side into the headliner opening and push the lamp lens to secure it toward the inside of the lamp.
