To start, unscrew the end cap from the end of the driver side end of the instrument panel.Remove the horn relay from the relay and fuse block. To install, place the horn relay in the correct receptacle of the relay and fuse block to ensure the terminal cavity matches the terminal. Push the horn relay down firmly until the terminals are seated. Finally, reattach the end cap at the driver side end of the instrument panel and reconnect the negative battery cable.
