How to Service a Headlight Bulb on Dodge Stratus?

Before servicing a headlamp bulb, disconnect the car's negative battery cable. Take out the screws that hold in the headlamp unit and remove it to go to the back. Disconnect the back of the headlight and stick back the rubber guard to access the back of the bulb. Separate the clip holding the headlamp bulb in place, then pull the bulb out of the headlamp unit. Before installing a halogen bulb, avoid placing your fingers or tools on the glass and make sure nothing greasy touches the bulb. Install the new bulb into the headlamp assembly and fasten it with the clip supplied. Slip the boot over the assembly and once more join the headlamp wire to the connector. After putting in the headlamp unit and tightening it with the retaining screws, attach the negative battery cable.
