Q: How Does Wheelhouse Handle Front Fender Liner Service and Repair on Dodge Viper?
A:
Start the front fender liner service by first removing the front wheel from the vehicle. Once the screws and push pin fasteners are out, freed the front splash shield from underneath. With the engine taken out, remove four fender screws and three push pin fasteners lower down, plus two inner screws to remove the rear splash shield. To begin installation, secure the rear splash shield and just tighten the six screws a little. After that, attach the three push pin fasteners and screw them in place. After that, put in the front splash shield, start screwing them in loosely and place and tighten the push pin fastener at last.
Q: How to Install the Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield on Dodge Viper?
A:
The front wheelhouse splash shield should be fitted only after the rear splash shield is connected and temporarily fastened with six screws. Then, insert the three push pin attachments and tighten all the screws. Turn to the front splash shield which you should loosely connect with screws and push in the pin fastener before you tighten the screws.
