For replacement, raise the car securely, remove the wheel and tire and only then remove the worn front wheel stud. After that, remove the
Brake Caliper, caliper adapter and rotor. Use Remover C-4150-A to pull the stud out of the hub. For installation, fit the new stud inside the hub flange and then place three washers and a lug nut on top of the washers, so that the nuts flat edge is against the washers. Make sure the stud is all the way inside the hub flange by firmly tightening the lug nut. After you are finished turning the lug nut, take it out, along with the washers and install the brake rotor, caliper adapter and caliper. Next, assemble the wheel and tire by installing a new nut on any old studs and drop the vehicle after taking out the support.
