When the original seal is worn off, replacing the Weather Strip only requires ordinary tools and a little time. Take away the old strip and scrape off the old glue and then wipe the channel dry so that the new bit can bite. Install the Weather Strip. Test-fit the frame with the Weather Strip, cut the ends to create a tight butt joint, dab on the recommended primer, and press the bead into place beginning at a corner. Work continuously around the perimeter, sit each curve with a soft roller, clean up any stray adhesive, wait to cause it to dry and lastly close door to insure it is even and fits like a whisper and this is a feat that any Ram fan can easily accomplish.
