How to Service an Engine Mount on 2000 Chrysler 300M?

The first part of fixing the rear engine mount is to use a hoist to lift the car and jack up the transaxle. Take out the isolator bolts at the rear mount and isolator nuts on the to the transaxle mount bracket and then take the mount off. Attach the isolator firmly to the crossmember by placing the bolts and equally tightening them to 33 Nm (250 in. lbs.), as specified. Set the transaxle on the isolator and after that, install the isolator nuts and tighten them to 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.). After that, lower the vehicle back to the floor.
