How to Maintain the Intake Manifold on 2000 Chrysler 300M?

To perform maintenance on the lower intake manifold, relieve fuel pressure, empty the cooling system and withdraw the upper intake manifold. Unscrew electrical connections, hoses and the fuel rail. De-assemble the lower intake manifold, surface clean, and replace new gaskets. Rassemble parts, attach bolts and release a fuel system leak test.
