How to Service an Oil Cooler on 2000 Chrysler 300M?

To service the engine oil cooler, disconnect the cooler lines and oil pressure switch connector. Remove the pressure control valve from the engine block. For installation, tighten the radiator lines to 18 Nm, connect the cooler lines and pressure control valve, tightening to 30 Nm, and reconnect the oil pressure switch.
