How to Replace an Evaporator Core on 2000 Chrysler Concorde?

To replace the evaporator core, disconnect the negative battery cable and remove refrigerant with the help of a recovery machine. Take off heater housing, recirculation door actuator and upper housing screws. Lift out the evaporator, move the probe to the new unit and reverse the removal steps for installing.
