How to Service and Repair a Valve Stem Seal on 2000 Dodge Durango?

In order to repair the valve stem seal, remove the air cleaner, cylinder head covers and spark plugs. Turn engine to TDC, No.1 piston, remove rocker arms. Use air pressure and valve spring compressor to change seals. Do this for all of the cylinders, then reassemble and test the vehicle.
