How to service a drain plug on 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan?

To service the radiator drain plug, do not use pliers so as to avoid damage. Turn the draincock stem counter clockwise and then pull it out by turning it back 1/8 turn. For installation, push the assembly into the tank until it snaps, then turn the stem clockwise until stopped.
