When servicing or repairing the coolant reservoir, unhook the overflow hose from the radiator in the first step. After that, lift the coolant reserve/overflow tank directly up from the fan shroud, since it uses T-slots on the fan shroud and an alignment pin on the tank to attach. During installation, connect the tank to the two T-slots, insert the fan shroud pin and connect the hose to the radiator once more.
