How to service the turn signal flasher on 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Van?

To service the turn signal flasher, disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the end cap from the instrument panel, then remove the combination flasher. Install the new flasher in the relay and fuse block being sure to align them correctly. Reinstall the end cap, reconnect the battery cable.
