How to service the front door window motor on 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Van?

To service the front door window motor disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the trim panel and unplug the motor wire harness. Then, take off the screws and hold the motor and mechanism. To install, you only do the opposite and tighten the screws to 11 Nm (98 in. lbs.).
