Removing the tilt steering column lever (where installed), loosen the battery negative cable as well as loosen the wiper switch to service them. Unscrew the screws on the multi-function switch by removing the upper and the lower shrouds. Disconnect the wire harness, and reconnect in the same way, screws should be tightened to 2 Nm.
