To fix the fuel pressure regulator, discharge of the fuel system pressure and emptying of the tank. Wipe off the place, and tab and tug the filter/regulator out of the grommet. Removal of the old clamp followed by attaching the new one and a re-fertilization of the filter/ regulator. Install the tank again and examine the leakage.
