How to service the fuel filter/fuel pressure regulator located at the top of the fuel pump module on the fuel tank on 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Van?

Fuel filter/fuel pressure regulator is on the top of the fuel pump module. Release fuel pressure, empty tank and clean area. Twist and pull off the old filter/regulator. Install the new one, making sure it points towards the driver's side, and then reinstall the tank and test for leaks.
