How to Service a Turn Signal Flasher on 2000 Dodge Ram 3500?

To service the turn signal flasher, remove the battery negative cable and the fuse access panel. Find and disconnect the combination flasher from the junction block. Install the new flasher making sure it is properly aligned and snap the access panel back on and reconnect the battery cable.
