How to Maintain a Turn Signal Flasher on 2001 Dodge Ram 3500?

In order to service the flasher of the turn signal, deactivate the air bag system by removing the battery negative cable and wait two minutes. Take the fuse access panel and the combination flasher off the Junction Block. Install the new flasher making sure it is properly aligned and after that replace the panel and reconnect the battery.
