How to replace the air filter element on 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

In order to replace the air filter, take off the engine cover followed by the wingnut and housing cover. Removal of the old air cleaner, cleaning of the housing and the installation of the new filter. Install the engine cover again and the wingnut in place of the housing cover.
