How to service the exhaust manifold on 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

To service the exhaust manifold, the battery is disconnected, the car is lifted and the exhaust pipe is removed. Take off engine cover and heat shields and remove manifold. Install new studs if necessary, place the manifold, and tighten all fasteners. Reinstall the heat shields, exhaust pipe and connect the battery again.
