How to Maintain a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2000 Dodge Viper?

To service the harmonic balancer and the crankshaft pulley, remove the air cleaner assembly and accessory drive belt. Remove the crankshaft pulley and use a damper puller. Install the damper back, tighten to 340 Nm, and then install the pulley, belt and air cleaner assembly.
