How to Service and Repair a Rear Door Hinge on 2000 Jeep Cherokee?

In order to service the rear door hinge, unscrew the door restrain pin, hinge bolts and shims. Store them to be reinstalled. Insert the hinge plates and shims, fit into the bolt holes and tighten the bolts to 3 N.m (2 ft.lbs.). Tilt the latch striker, and reattach the restrain pin.
