How to Service and Repair a Lash Adjuster on 2001 Chrysler Concorde?

Before working on the lifter and lash adjuster, take out the cylinder head cover(s) and rocker arm(s), while noting the lash adjusters' and rocker arms' positions so you know where to place them again. After that, take out the lash adjuster(s). To install the hydraulic lash adjuster, check that it contains some oil by pressing it, as you'll see very little plunger travel. The last step is to replace the rocker arm(s) and cylinder head covers.
