In order to disassemble the axle shaft, lift up the car, take off the front tire, loosen the caliper, and strip off the rotor. Unscrew the inner tripod joint, take the strut assembly bolts out, and debride the outer C/V joint. To install, change seals, position splines and secure components to a given torque.
