How to Service a Turn Signal Flasher on 2001 Chrysler LHS?

In order to service the turn signal flasher, unattach the negative battery cable and then remove the silencer of the left instrument panel. Take the old flasher out and the new in. It is only necessary to reinstall the silencer and reconnect the negative battery cable to complete the process.
