How to Easily Remove and Install a Bolt-On Wheel Cover on 2001 Chrysler LHS?

To remove the bolt-on wheel cover, note where the valve stem is, and remove the three mounting nuts. Do not try to pry, but pull the cover directly outwards. For installation bring the valve notch against the stem, push down the cover and tighten all five nuts to 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
