How to Replace Car Speakers in the Instrument Panel on 2001 Dodge Intrepid?

Before starting the replacement, remove the negative terminal of the battery remote post from the back of the hood. After that, take off the top cover of the instrument panel and take out the two fastening screws attaching the center speaker. Also, remove the connector and remove the speaker from the vehicle. During installation, set the new speaker in place, resume the wiring connector and tighten it down with the two provided screws. After that, put the instrument panel top cover back and reattach the negative battery cable remote terminal to the remote battery post.
