How to Service and Repair a Throttle Cable on 2001 Dodge Intrepid?

To fix the throttle cable, keep the throttle lever in the open position and pull the cable out of throttle body and out of the pedal shaft. Take out the cable, grommet and the retainer clip. To install, follow the steps in reverse with all the parts being firmly in place.
