How to Service and Repair a Radiator Support on 2001 Dodge Ram 2500?

To reach the upper radiator crossmember, take the hood latch off, then radiator and condenser bolts, and lastly crossmember bolts. Install the crossmember using bolts tightened to 28 N.m, re-install the radiator and the condenser bolts at 8 N.m, and re-install the hood latch.
